PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand controller allowing a user using an apparatus to be led to power saving as much as possible.SOLUTION: A demand controller includes: a history information recording means for recording operation histories of a plurality of apparatuses that may be objects for demand control; and an evaluation means for evaluating an order of priority of apparatuses when demand control is performed, on the basis of an operation history when the apparatuses are not objects for demand control among operation histories of the apparatuses having been recorded in the history information recording means. |
