PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of connecting a discretionary battery group to a discretionary charge-discharge apparatus.SOLUTION: A first switchover device (20), including switch elements (SW21-SW28, SW31-SW38) connected to individual battery groups (10, 11, 12, 13), switches over a battery group connected to charge-discharge apparatuses (41-43) by turning on and off the switch elements. A second switchover device (30), including switch elements (SW11-SW16) connected to the individual charge-discharge apparatuses, switches over the charge-discharge apparatuses connected to the battery groups by turning on and off the switch elements. This enables a discretionary battery group to be connected to a discretionary charge-discharge apparatus. |
