PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that enables an easy reduction in a decrease in thickness and deviation of a photoreceptor.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes an image carrier on which an electrostatic latent image is formed, and developer conveyance means for conveying a developer that contains toner particles having a plurality of types of lubricant with different external bond strengths externally added thereto along the axial direction of the image carrier; the image forming apparatus supplies the developer to the image carrier while conveying the developer to develop the electrostatic latent image. The image forming apparatus changes developing conditions in the axial direction so as to make the type of the lubricant to be easily supplied to the image carrier different. |
