The isolation preventive part 30 has an isolation preventive concavity part 31 that is a concavity with a height corresponding to the concavity groove 21, and a columnar isolation preventive convexity part 22 with a height corresponding to the convexity groove 22, in which the concavity groove 21 and the convexity groove 22 are arranged to abut on the isolation preventive concavity part 31 and the isolation preventive convexity part 32.
