PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine equipped with a new game property that uses returning high frequency of game ball entry into a variable start port to low frequency.SOLUTION: In a game machine, when identification information is variably displayed on the basis of entry of game balls into a start port is stop displayed in a specific mode, a specific game can be started. The game machine is provided with: determination means which has, as a start port, a variable start port that can change to a first mode and a second mode higher in entry probability of game balls than the first mode and determines whether or not to put the variable start port in the second mode; and probability setting means which sets determination probability by which a result that the second mode is chosen is obtained as a result of determination to prescribed probability or probability higher than the prescribed probability.
