PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has its surface lubricity improved for a long period, also has its durability improved, and eliminates a decrease in sensitivity due to trapping of electric charges moving in a layer by a filler surface when repeatedly used in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor formed by laminating a laminate type photosensitive layer, having at least a charge generating layer including a charge generating material and a charge transporting layer including a charge transporting material laminated in this order, on a conductive base or by laminating a single-layer type photosensitive layer having a charge generating material and a charge transporting material, on a conductive base. The electrophotographic receptor contains fluororesin fine particles and aggregates thereof in a surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor within a range of 5-17 wt.% for the whole photoreceptor, the fluororesin fine particles have a mean primary particle side of 0.1-0.5 μm, the aggregates have a specific-directional tangent diameter of 1-3 μm, and the number of aggregates being 10-40% of the number of the fluororesin fine particles. |
