PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rising of cold heat output outputted from a heat exchanger 17 of an evaporator/condenser 16.SOLUTION: An evaporator/condenser 16 is communicated with a reactor 12, supplies steam to the reactor 12 by evaporating a reaction liquid which generates hydration reaction with a chemical thermal storage medium 14, and generates the reaction liquid by condensing the steam from the reactor 12 generated in dehydration reaction. A water tank 18 is communicated with the evaporator/condenser 16 and stores the reaction liquid. In a state where a valve 28 is opened, the reaction liquid generated in the evaporator/condenser 16 by a pressure difference between the evaporator/condenser 16 and the water tank 18 and by gravity is supplied to the water tank 18. Before evaporating the reaction liquid in the evaporator/condenser 16, in a state where the valve 28 is opened, a supply pump 20 supplies the reaction liquid to the evaporator/condenser 16 through the valve 28 from the water tank 18. |
