PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing assist device and a bathroom structure which enhance safety and enable a handicapped person, who cannot sufficiently bend his/her knee, to take a bath by himself/herself.SOLUTION: The bathing assist device includes: a duckboard 2 including a duckboard floor face 5 arranged with duckboard plates 4 at predetermined intervals, and cross rails 6 installed on bottom faces of the duckboard plates 4, and formed into a shape in which the duckboard floor face 5 has a recess-folding point 8 and recess-folding edge sides 7 which are coincident with a projected corner part of a bathtub; and a bathing assist tool 3 installed while fixed on the duckboard floor face 5 along the recess-folding edge sides 7. The bathing assist tool 3 includes: a top plate 20 formed into a notched plate shape having a dogleg recessed fitting part 20a; a leg part 21 having an inside-facing side face facing an inner direction of the fitting part 20a of the top plate 20, and fastened on a bottom face of the top plate 20 and the duckboard floor face 5; and adsorption members 22 arranged on the inside-facing side face of the leg part 21. The bathing assist tool 3 is fastened in a position and orientation in which, in a plane view, edge sides of the fitting part 20a of the top plate 20 are aligned with the recess-folding edge sides 7 of the duckboard floor face 5. |
