PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit with a small area and a small gain error due to parasitic capacitance, and an image sensor.SOLUTION: An amplifier circuit according to an embodiment comprises a first and a second current source, a first and a second integral capacity, a first and a second amplifier switch, a first and a second reset switch, and a comparator. The first (second) integral capacity is connected between the first (second) current source and a first (third) voltage source. The first (second) amplifier switch is connected between the first (second) current source and the first (second) integral capacity. The first (second) reset switch is connected between a first (second) connection point at which the first (second) integral capacity and the first (second) amplifier switch are connected and a second (fourth) voltage source. The comparator opens and closes the first and second reset switches according to the comparison results between input voltage and voltage at the first connection point. |
