PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery device that can reduce pollution caused by dust or the like, and keep the power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A solar battery device 1 has a solar battery panel having a first substrate having a first face and a second face at the back side of the first face, a second substrate having a third face disposed to confront the second face of the first substrate and a fourth face at the back side of the third face, and a photoelectric converter disposed between the second face of the first substrate and the third face of the second substrate, and a first holding member for holding the first substrate. In the solar battery device 1, the first substrate has a first extension portion extending to the outside of the second substrate, and the first holding member has a first site which holds the first extension portion and covers the second face at the first extension portion. When the solar battery panel and the first holding member are installed on an installation face so that the first substrate is located below the second substrate, the upper portion of the first site is vertically located below the end portion of the four face of the second substrate which is located at the first extension portion side. |
