PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiduciary obligation system for general office work for corporate type investment trust business, which can eliminate risk in carrying securities or the like, reduce a load in office work, and achieve office work processing rapidly. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an image processing means which reads writing in a document come up with name transfer for an investment security accepted by a general office work trustee company from an investor into the terminal of the trustee company as image data by using a image scanner, an OCR processing means which reads optically hand-written or printed characters in a document come up with name transfer for an investment security accepted by a general office work trustee company from an investor by using an optical character reader, a recognition result data correction means which corrects the recognition result data including characters unable to be accurately read by the OCR processing means, and a database processing means which processes and manages the image data and the recognition result data. |
