At least one surface of each of the plurality of blades 2a is made of metal, and the length of the blades A and direct distance B between the tips of adjacent blades 2a are less than a half of transmission and reception wavelength transmitted and received by the transceivers. Metal of the blades 2a includes material in which metal is plated or deposited to resin, and the blades 2a have an EBG structure in which the metal is used as a reference layer.
