PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal name unit dictionary extension method, a personal name language recognition method, and a personal name language recognition device.SOLUTION: An extension method includes: calculating an initial weight in a personal name unit dictionary in each of a plurality of predetermined languages of each word, dividing each personal name into personal name units, performing matching between the personal name units and the words in each dictionary; determining matched personal name units and unmatched personal name units, determining a weight in each personal name unit dictionary of personal names including the matched personal name units on the basis of a weight in each dictionary of the matched personal name units, calculating a weight in each dictionary of the unmatched personal name units on the basis of a weight in each personal name unit dictionary of all personal names including the unmatched personal name units, adding the unmatched personal name units to the dictionary, updating the weight in each dictionary of the matched personal name units on the basis of the weight in each dictionary of all the personal names including the matched personal name units, and repeating the processing until a predetermined condition is satisfied so as to acquire weighted personal name unit dictionaries. |
