PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire spreading detector and a fire spreading detection system capable of dispensing with the maintenance of a power supply such as a battery and detecting spread of a fire.SOLUTION: A fire spreading detector comprises: a battery-less remote control switch 26 including a button 27 displaced by a force applied from outside, converting a displacement of the button 27 to electric power, and transmitting a wireless signal; a thermally expanded refractory material 22 displacing the button 27 of the battery-less remote control switch 26 by receiving heat; and an HEMS 14 producing a fire alarm if receiving the wireless signal transmitted from the battery-less remote control switch 26.
