PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generating apparatus having improved reliability.SOLUTION: The wind power generating apparatus comprises: a hollow main shaft connected to a hub supporting a blade; a hollow speed-increasing gear 104 for increasing the rotational speed of the main shaft and outputting power; a hollow generator 106 for operating to generate power with a torque the speed of which is increased by the speed-increasing gear 104; hollow rotary shafts 201, 204 penetrating through the hollow bodies of the main shaft, the speed-increasing gear 104, and the generator 106; a hollow joint 105 connected to an output shaft 104b of the speed-increasing gear 104 and to an input shaft 106a of the generator 106; a first bearing 202 for supporting the output shaft 104b of the speed-increasing gear 104 and the hollow rotary shaft; and a second bearing 205 for supporting the rotary shaft of the generator and the hollow rotary shaft. The wind power generating apparatus is characterized in that a flexible structure is provided at least in the hollow rotary shaft between the speed-increasing gear and the generator. |
