PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant growth environment system capable of accurately and efficiently controlling plant growth environment in a facility that raises plants by using sunlight.SOLUTION: A controller 40 of a plant growth environment control device comprises: a storage part 40b which stores plant time defined by sunrise/sunset time for each day; a plant clock 40c which counts plant time; and a control part 40a which controls carbon dioxide gas concentration, temperature or the like based on counted time. Sunrise/sunset time is corrected by taking a place of plant growth in consideration.
