PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel link mechanism which can move in high speed and high accuracy and in a wide movement range, is easy to be assembled, is excellent in mass productivity, and can be manufactured inexpensively.SOLUTION: A parallel link mechanism 1 is constituted by connecting a link hub 3 in a tip end side to a link hub 2 in a base end side via three or more groups of link mechanisms 4 so that their postures can be changed. Each of the link mechanisms 4 is composed of end link members 5, 6 at the base end side and the tip end side, and a center link member 7. The center link member 7 includes a plate member having two or more curvature parts 7a curved in a plate thickness direction. |
