Described is a product for the regularization, at the digestive tract level, of the concentration of glucose in the form of a capsule or powder, which contain coupled the enzymatic system, this system comprising the sucrase, oxidase and catalase glucose enzymes or the two oxidase and catalase glucose enzymes, which are used as a treatment for transforming glucose at the digestive tract level and reducing the concentration thereof. The product is obtained by means of the techniques of adsorption, immobilization by covalent bond or by gel trapping, exemplified with the use of dietetic fiber (psyllium o prickly pear peel) in a support quality for the adsorption or covalent immobilization, or polyvinyl alcohol in the trapping case. The product is applied in oral form before the consumption of food and allows the glucose concentration to be reduced in the blood by means of its enzyme transformation at the digestive tract level. |
