A dental implant comprises: a fixture (10) fixed on a jaw bone (1) and provided with a screw hole (13) in a center axis direction from an upper end surface thereof; an abutment (20) having an upper hole (23a) with a bottom surface (24) and a lower hole (23b), whose is coupled with the fixture (10) and upper portion becomes an artificial tooth (9); and a fastening screw (40), wherein a screw portion thereof sequentially penetrates the upper hole (23a) and the lower hole (23b) of the abutment (20) to be coupled with the screw hole of the fixture, and a lower surface of a head portion thereof is installed to be in contact with the bottom surface (24) of the upper hole (23a) to fix the abutment (20) on the fixture (10). A device for preventing abutment loosening for a dental implant according to the present invention suppresses loosening of the fastening screw (40) fastened with the screw hole (13) of the fixture (10) to prevent the abutment (20) from loosening in the fixture (10), and comprises: one or more coupling protrusions (25) formed on the bottom surface (24) of the upper hole of the abutment (20); and a loosening prevention washer (30) provided with a screw hole (31) penetrating the loosening prevention washer (30) in the center axis direction, with which the screw portion (42) of the fastening screw (40) is fastened, and one or more coupling recesses (32) disposed on a lower surface (33) of the loosening prevention washer (30) to be engaged with the coupling protrusions (25) of the abutment (20) and coupled on the coupling protrusions (25). |
