The invention provides printing heads of a 3D printer with multiple printing heads, a printing mechanism thereof and a 3D printer. The printing heads of the 3D printer comprise bases and extension heads, wherein the bases are connected with transmission mechanisms, and are controlled by the transmission mechanisms to move on movement locus planes; and the extension heads can be controlled in the vertical direction to extend outside/shrink in the bases. The printing mechanism of the 3D printer comprises at least two printing heads independent from each other; each of the printing heads is respectively connected with the transmission mechanisms, and is driven to move on the respective movement locus planes not overlapped with each other; the height of every of the printing heads after the extension head thereof shrinking in the base thereof is smaller than the gap of the printing head and the nearest another printing head under the printing head; and after the extension heads of all the printing heads extend outside the bases thereof, the bottommost ends of the extension heads are positioned on one plane. |
