The invention provides an information interaction method and information interaction equipment. The method comprises the following steps: receiving light sent by sender equipment, and identifying a transmission starting signal contained in the light; recording the light intensity of the light which is received after the transmission starting signal ends; and converting the light intensity of the received light into a corresponding character to obtain interaction information of the sender equipment. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, information interaction between the equipment by virtue of the light can be achieved. |
