The operating method for a secure access system comprises: storing an operation parameter indicating a permissible range for operation of a secure access module (SAM) via a terminal from a management server; receiving an authentication request for providing a card-related service from the terminal; and transmitting an authentication result to the terminal based on a value of the operation parameter changed in accordance with the authentication request. |
