摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fin-type heat-radiating substrate using a carbon-based metal matrix composite. The method for manufacturing a fin-type heat-radiating substrate using a carbon-based metal matrix composite, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: manufacturing a substrate main body made of a carbon-based metal matrix composite material; processing the surface of one side of the substrate main body with a carbon-based material; charging powder made of carbon-based material in a fin die having a plurality of grooves according to the locations of a plurality of heat-radiation fins; bonding a die with the fin die by positioning the fin die on one side of the substrate main body while the substrate main body is supported inside the die; integrally molding the heat-radiation fins to the substrate main body by pressure-infiltrating while a molten metal is injected in the bonded die and fin die; and, after integrally molding the substrate main body and the heat-radiation fins, ejecting the same from the die and the fin die.
