The present invention provides a method for recording the driving video data of a vehicle, comprising: a driving video data generating step of allowing a camera module mounted on the present vehicle to generate driving video data of a vehicle including a target vehicle placed in front of or behind the present vehicle by photographing the front or rear of the present vehicle; a collision-required time calculating step of allowing a collision warning module to calculate collision-required time, which is required for collision between the present vehicle and the target vehicle, from data including the driving video data of the vehicle; a collision danger determining step of allowing the collision warning module to determine the danger of collision between the present vehicle and the target vehicle by comparing the collision-required time with collision danger time; a collision warning signal transmitting step of allowing the collision warning module to generate a collision warning signal and transmit the collision warning signal to a control module if the collision-required time is identical to the collision danger time; a buffer video data transmitting step of allowing the control module to receive the collision danger signal from the collision warning module and transmit the driving video data of the vehicle, which has been stored in a buffer memory of the control module, to a storage memory module; and a driving video data storing step of allowing the storage memory module to store the driving video data of the vehicle. |
