摘要 According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a cell monitoring device by using a strain sensor includes the following steps: preparing a flexible substrate (200) deformed in correspondence with the small strain induced by the growth of cells (2000) (s100); installing a semiconductor strain sensor (200) on the substrate (300) (s200); and installing a microstructure (100) coming in contact with the upper part of the prepared strain sensor (200) to be used as a space to grow the cells (2000) (s300). The microstructure (100) includes multiple pillars (110). The present invention monitors a change in the growth of the cells (2000) through a step of using the strains sensor (200) to sense the deformation of the microstructure (100) when the microstructure (100) is deformed by the change in the growing cells (2000) attached to the upper part of the three-dimensional microstructure (100) including the strains sensor (200) and the pillars (110), thereby enabling a high-sensitivity cell monitoring operation for tracking the precise location, motion, power, and condition of the cells (2000) on a real-time basis. The present invention also enables integration and quantification by not using optical equipment and fluorescent substances injected to the cells (2000) for optical observation and be applied to drug screening.
