The present invention relates to an electrode composition for a pseudo capacitor, an electrode for a pseudo capacitor having the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, a specific conductive polymer compound is introduced to provide the electrode for a pseudo capacitor having superior specific capacitance, charging/discharging efficiency, energy density, and output density.
