Provided is a dielectric glass composition proper to be used in an electric device, comprising the enough amount of silica dioxide and one or more alkali metal oxide to provide durability to glass composition in a wet environment, wherein (i) total concentration of an alkali oxide is about 10 wt% or more and about 35 wt% or less based on total 100 wt% of the glass composition, (ii) intermediate particle size (d50) of a glass composition is about 5 μm or less, and (iii) the glass composition has a thermal expansion coefficient of about 10 ppm/K or more and about 25 ppm/K or less.
