The present invention provides a flexible encapsulated organic light emitting diode. The encapsulated organic light emitting diode includes: an organic light emitting diode of which a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode are successively stacked on a substrate; and an encapsulation structure which includes an organic-inorganic composite buffer layer arranged on the organic light emitting diode and including a multilayer structure where an inorganic thin film and an organic thin film are alternately stacked at least one time, and a metal foil bonded to the upper part of the organic-inorganic composite buffer layer. Therefore, the encapsulated organic light emitting diode has flexible properties suitable for being applied to a flexible organic light emitting device and can improve stability of a device by stably protecting the device from foreign substance including oxygen or moisture.
