The device has a single disk (20) with blades (22, 24), and a set of feeders (26, 28) provided with feeding orifices. The feeders feed granular products to the single disk. A changing unit changes an angular spacing separating the feeders, so as to change a working width. Another changing unit varies a section of orifices of the same set of feeders. A feeding valve includes an indexable body comprising the set of feeders feeding the single disk with granular products. The valve includes an arm for allowing indexing of the body.
