Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for processing an image in an electronic device. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the method for processing an image in an electronic device includes the operations of: identifying a degree of bending of the display, which is functionally connected to the electronic device; and providing, through the display, an adjustment image obtained by changing at least a portion of a provision image to be provided through the display based on the degree of bending. The operation of providing the adjustment image may include an operation for enlarging or reducing at least a distortion portion in a first scale if the degree of bending is a first degree, and enlarging or reducing a distortion portion in a second scale if the degree of bending is a second degree. Other embodiments are possible.
