Disclosed are an organic solar cell having a surface plasmon effect and a manufacturing method thereof. In the organic solar cell, a metal particle array having various patterns can be formed on an anode by using block copolymer. After a block copolymer layer is formed on the anode, a hole having, a dot pattern, a line patter, or a dot-line pattern is formed by solvent annealing. And then, the block copolymer layer is dipped into a metal powder solution to remove the block copolymer layer after arraying metal particles with a pattern of the hole formed in the block copolymer. Therefore, a metal particle array layer which is uniformly distributed on the anode can be formed. |
