Disclosed is a display device. The display device comprises a display panel including a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix. Each of the pixels comprises at least one from a first transistor for converting external light into current, and a second transistor for amplifying the current by being connected to the first transistor. The first transistor and the second transistor are oxide thin film transistors. And the first transistor and the second transistor form one solar cell unit.
