The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which is obtained by repairing defects of bright spots or dark spots of pixels formed on the outermost (the last horizontal line) among pixel regions which emit light by using a dummy pixel, and to a repair method of a pixel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device comprises: a plurality of pixel regions emitting light by including a light emitting region and a pixel circuit region; a plurality of dummy pixel regions formed on a lower portion of the pixel regions emitting light, and including an anode electrode and a pixel circuit region; and a bridge line configured to be extended from the anode electrode of a first dummy pixel region corresponding to a first pixel region, on which a defect is generated, among the pixel regions emitting light, and to be overlapped with a pixel circuit in the first pixel region on which the defect is generated. |
