The present invention relates to a fire grate having improved discharge performance of combustion air, capable of easily removing residual foreign substances in an air discharge groove as well as improving a discharge force of combustion air supplied to a grate surface of a fire grate to combust waste during a waste incinerating process using a stalker type incinerator. According to the present invention, the fire grate is capable of completely combusting waste by moving forward and stirring the waste inserted into a combustion chamber. The fire grate comprises: a flat part having a flat grate surface to place waste, including at least one scraper to scrap residual foreign substances in an other fire grate in accordance to advance and retreat movement corresponding to a reciprocation of the fire grate, and position selection between fire grates; a placing part including at least one air discharge groove formed on a lower surface to discharge air between the fire grates, adjacent to each other, while storing the scraper protruding from a grate surface of another fire grate; and a trimming part curved downward from a rear end of the flat part, easing an entry of the scraper as well as improving an inflow of the combustion air by forming a slope surface by a taper. |
