摘要 PURPOSE: A circuit for preventing the wrong operation of AGC(Automatic Gain Control) in an HDD(Hard Disk Drive) is provided to input an outputted signal to an AGC portion so that the outputted signal can be converted into an enabled state, and to automatically control a gain of read data, thereby reducing time for reading data by preventing an AGC wrong operation. CONSTITUTION: An AGC timing control circuit(20) applies an enable signal to an AGC circuit(10). The AGC timing control circuit(20) comprises as follows. A comparator(22) inputs a data signal voltage and a reference voltage into a reverse input, compares the inputted voltages, and outputs the compared voltages. An AND gate(24) performs an AND gate process for a predetermined level and a reversed servo gate signal level outputted from the comparator(22), and outputs an AGC timing.
