The present invention relates to a heat sink, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically the present invention relates to a heat sink, and a manufacturing method thereof which form a carbon nano-tube (CNT) combination with dense structure having a constant direction by rotating CNT powder and a combined solution inside a reactor, and controlling to have surface contact between CNT powder, increase a CNT content, and maximize a heat radiation characteristic. |
