The present invention comprises: a base material; a light emitting unit formed on one surface of the base material, and including multiple first lens structures to be horizontally arranged; and a light receiving unit formed on the other surface of the base material, and including multiple second lens structures to be horizontally arranged. Each of the first lens structures includes: a first slope surface having a slope angle of 20 to 40° with respect to a planar direction of the base film; and a second slope surface having a slope angle of 60 to 90° with respect to a planar direction of the base film. Each of the second lens structures includes: a third slope surface having a slope angle of 40 to 55° with respect to a planar direction of the base film; and a fourth slope surface having a slope angle of 80 to 90° with respect to a planar direction of the base film.
