METHOD OF MIH HANDOVER IN THE U-TSN NETWORK BASED ON HMIPV6

An MIH handover method comprises the following steps of: acquiring traffic information from UVSs installed in a plurality of vehicles; extracting vehicle information, including locations and speeds of the vehicles and a traffic volume of the vehicles, from the obtained traffic information; executing a function of storing and managing load network information based on the extracted vehicle information; and applying an MAP selection method based on HMIPv6 based on the result of performing the function.
