Disclosed is a three-dimensional tactile display device applicable to a curved surface. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the three-dimensional tactile display device applicable to the curved surface comprises: a plurality of tactile modules rotatably connected to the nearby modules and equipped with at least one tactile column and an actuator driving the tactile column; and a belt tightly attaching the tactile modules onto skin of a user.
