<p>The element i.e. window (8), has a frame (42) and two window glasses (10, 12) defining a chamber (49). Electronic modules (14) extend into the chamber and comprise drivers (22) individually controlling LEDs (18) e.g. surface-mount device LEDs, to display a part of a moving picture. Power supply and data supply units traverse the frame and are common to some of the electronic modules. The supply units comprise cables (64, 66) continuously extending through the frame from the exterior of the element till the interior of the chamber.</p> |
