PURPOSE:To have appropriate replacement of parts by comparing the measured accumulation value for either the number of strokes of a pump or the amount of concrete placed with a conversion value of a consumable parts setting life storing device, and by calculating the remaining life by a central processing unit and displaying the result obtained. CONSTITUTION:An input device 21 inputs the factor according to different mixing proportions of unhardened concrete, and a CPU11 converts it into the factor according to its correspondence to the standard concrete. Thus the factor for the unhardened concrete to be placed is determined. The CPU11 integrates the number of strokes sensed by a number-of-strokes sensor 16 with the above-mentioned factor to obtain a corresponding number of strokes according to the standard concrete, and this storaged value is used to make subtraction treatment by reference to the set life stored in an ROM13 for each of consumable part. The remaining life determined in the form of number of strokes is inputted to a region in correspondence to each consumable part of the RAM14 and displayed on a display 19. A warning is given if necessary that any consumable part must be replaced. |
