The present invention relates to a semiconductor device and an operating method thereof. The semiconductor device includes: a memory block which is configured to include multiple pages including first and second cells; a circuit group configured to read the first and second cells of a page selected among the pages; a strobing control circuit which stores source bouncing information generated during an operation of reading the first cells on the selected page and outputs a strobing signal; and a control circuit which controls the circuit group according to the strobing signal during an operation of reading the second cells on the selected page.
