FIELD: flying vehicles. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed winged vehicle is flying vehicle provided with propeller with rotating blades by means of wobble plate changing angle of attack of blades during each revolution. Propeller is made in form of rotary wing including rigid frame where rotating blades are mounted whose end axles are inserted in shaft on which wobble plate is mounted which forms one-piece wing from blades changing angle of attack during each revolution - downward by one-piece wing and upward by edge over vertical plane freely admitting air between blades. Rotating blades pass through beams where they are connected by hinges for forming arched wing.
