The present invention relates to an assistance robot for a spine surgery, which comprises: a surgery tool supporting rod equipped with a rotation body penetrated and coupled with a surgery tool; a grip installed on one side of the surgery tool supporting rod; a driving member for rotating the rotation body; and a linear guide for moving the surgery tool (T) forward and backward by being installed on the other side of the surgery tool supporting rod. Accordingly, a precise surgery can be performed by smoothly moving without vibration when moving the surgery tool forward and backward, and by automatically rotating with a constant force.
