An embodiment of the present invention provides a light emitting device module which comprises: a circuit board; at least one light emitting device bonded to a conductive layer of the circuit board with a conductive adhesive; and a reflecting member arranged in a peripheral area of each light emitting device. A void is formed in a center area from a surface where the reflecting member connects to the circuit board.
