摘要

The present invention relates to an algae-based Chinese-crude drug including an estrogen component formed by mixing 1-10 g of brown algae extract using hot water per 100 g of a Chinese-crude drug. The brown algae extract using hot water is formed by the following steps: adding 100 ml of de-ionized distilled water or 65-85%(w/v) ethanol per 10 g of a dried brown algae powder sample; extracting the same with heat at a temperature of 80°C for 6 hours; filtering the same twice by using filter papers; concentrating the same by using a rotary vacuum evaporator; freeze-drying the concentrated extract by using a freeze dryer to obtain an extract; dissolving the freeze-dried extract in 1 ml of 65-75%(w/v) ethanol or de-ionized distilled water per 100 g of extract; and sterilizing the same by passing the same through a filter. The present invention develops application means of phytoestrogen included in brown algae, and supplements the estrogen component, insufficient in the Chinese-crude drug, thereby providing the algae-based Chinese-crude drug including the estrogen component which can sufficiently achieve a desired physical condition of middle aged women only by taking the Chinese-crude drug.
