FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: according to the said method, one places one layer of chosen size lavash onto the console designed in the form of a sheet of a sterile material. The sheet width and length are to be no less than those of the lavash layer and no more than those of the elastic sterile material bag sealed on one side. Such bag is drawn with the open side onto the sheet together with the lavash layer placed thereon against stop on the console butt-end of the sealed bag end. Then the bag upper and the lower surfaces are pressed with fingers from below and from above to the lavash layer placed on the sheet; such surfaces are positioned opposite the open aperture made in a longitudinal direction on the sheet free end; the bag with the lavash layer remaining therein is removed from the console. Then the bag with lavash is twisted into a roll; the unsealed side of the bag is positioned inside the roll. The lavash layer remaining in the bag is repeatedly twisted into a roll.EFFECT: preservation of freshness of the lavash remaining in the bag and prevention of its spoilage during a long period of time; the roll made of the bag with lavash is space-efficient and convenient for transporting and storage.2 cl |
