PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current/voltage conversion circuit and a self-excited oscillation circuit, capable of reducing a change in an electric potential of an output electrode of a sensor and reducing the current consumption in the circuit.SOLUTION: A current/voltage conversion circuit includes: a first resistor whose one end is connected to one electrode of a sensor and other end is connected to a first electric potential; a first capacitor whose one end is connected to one end of the first resistor and other end is connected to a first current source; a first transistor whose first terminal is connected to the other end of the first capacitor, second terminal is connected to a first output terminal, and control terminal is connected to a first voltage source; and a second resistor whose one end is connected to the second terminal of the first transistor and other end is connected to a second electric potential. |
