PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal seamless belt for fixing belt, having effective thickness of 10-100 μm for preventing breakage and damage, even when a fixing belt receives large flexural strain repeatedly.SOLUTION: A thin metal seamless belt 402 is produced by performing rolling processing to an austenitic stainless steel plate 200. The thin metal seamless belt 402 comprises a thickness of 10-100 μm, contains copper (Cu), inevitable impurities, and less than 20% of a martensite ratio, and in a matrix of the austenitic phase, a metal tissue in which Cu rich phases extending in a direction orthogonal to a peripheral direction of the metal substrate, are dispersed, is provided. The seamless belt is a base layer of the fixing belt. |
