PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disassembling/recovering device capable of performing the recycling of material and the recycling of components of a portable terminal and capable of causing a user to correspond even to an unmanned recovery base.SOLUTION: A disassembling/recovering device of a portable terminal includes: an input port 2 which is provided on a frame 1 such that the inputting of the portable terminal as an object is permitted; a heating part 3 which exposes the portable terminal inputted from the input port 2 to superheated water vapor and heats the portable terminal; a frame disassembling machine 4 which separates the frame from the heated portable terminal; a screening part 5 which screens the portable terminal disassembled by the frame disassembling machine 4 into the frame and a part besides the frame; a recovery box 6 which receives the frame of the portable terminal screened by the screening part 5; a recovery box 7 which receives the part besides the frame of the portable terminal screened by the screening part 5; and confirming windows 10, 11 through which an object to be stored into the recovery box 6 and an object to be stored into the recovery box 7 can be observed from a device frame external part.
